Collaborating on a frontend solution for a prominent cinema chain's digital platform, enabling movie selection, ticket reservations, and food orders, presented a significant challenge given the scale of coordination required among a large team of over 200 professionals.

The objective was to enhance the cinema's digital presence by improving user engagement and boosting online sales through efficient ticket and food booking processes. Additionally, the goal included creating a seamless and enjoyable experience for users navigating the platform.

Leveraging frontend technologies like Next.js for the frontend, our team developed a responsive and performant web application. This solution optimized the user experience, leading to increased digital sales for the cinema chain, the largest cinema chain in Mexico and ranked #4 globally. The successful execution relied on effective collaboration and communication within the large cross-functional team.
